“My artwork explores opposing emotions and how they can work together to create something unexpected, creating a dialogue searching for balance.

Through pattern and repetition, I engage the senses - repetition comforts and soothes, whilst unexpected colour choices and intricate detailing introduce moments of surprise or tension. My artwork becomes an allegory for the ‘human experience’, where beauty emerges from contrast, complexity and reflection.”
