“In ‘Kimono Canvas 7’ I remove a central piece from the body of the form, inviting the viewer to look deeper inside, where I uses colour to intentionally highlight those internal, quieter spaces so import to observe.

No ‘Kimono Canvas’ is the same. All are unique, all handmade, able to be grouped together in conversation. The ‘Kimono Canvas Series’ seeks to open a dialogue and reflect a society working together in harmony, embracing differences and celebrating the ‘hand’/ ‘human’ made.”
